If you come from Hanover or the surrounding area, you can also conveniently pick up your order on site. Simply place your order by phone and we will prepare everything for you. On the phone you will also get an info when you can pick up your products.

The shipping is done by DHL or a shipping service provider of our choice. Once the package has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a separate notification including tracking number.
Your order comes free shipping already from 35.00 € to your home, if you live within Germany. Below that, pro rata shipping costs in the amount of 4.90 €. For deliveries outside Germany (EU or NON-EU) we charge the costs according to DHL country code. Here, too, there is a minimum order value free of shipping costs. Do I have to accept the package? Can I claim the damaged goods?
If you find that the box is already badly damaged when the package is delivered, please do not accept the package and have it returned to our warehouse.
